Guidelines for abstract submission
The Scientific Programme will include invited Plenary lectures, Keynote lectures, Oral Communications, Student Paper Communications and Poster Communications.
Student Paper Communications - SPC will consist in Flash-Oral talks only for students, without any additional time for questions, providing an opportunity for young scientists to present and advert (oral) and further discuss (poster) their works.
During the submission process:
- authors must use the abstract template provided on My submissions and should strictly follow the Abstract Guidelines detailed in the abstract template.
- Please indicate in the abstract if you plan to contribute to one of the Special Issue of SP8.
- the file MUST be named as Name.Surname_x.doc, corresponding to the Presenting Author (as in John.Doe_1.doc). The number corresponds to the number of submitted abstracts by the same presenting author.
- do not add any supplementary data, all information should be contained in the 1-page abstract
- select in the scrolling menu the main conference topics relevant for your communication.
